is hsv1 really bad to have? ?

okay, i already asked a queston.. and i think i have hsv1. i let this girl have 1 sip of my drink who was complaining about a sore in her mouth earlier in the night. a little bit less than a week later, i got a tiny little sore above my upper lip which is red and has white in the middle of it. I also got two unnoticable ones that look like black dots next to it. And, i have another one that looks like a blackhead below my lower lip. Recently, i feel like i have sores inside of my mouth and i have a sore throat. The one noticable sore is getting harder, but is not getting larger. It is very small but you can see it. I was told by one pharmacist it was a pimple, and another one told me it was a fever blister. I also have a bump in the middle of my upper lip but you can not see it, but i can feel it. i’m really nervous about this.. My father gets cold sores a lot, and so does his mother and his brother. Im 14, almost 15 and ve never had them before and im very worried. Is it bad to get these? What is going to happen now? And from the description, does it sound like a fever blister break out or not? Its really itchy around my mouth..

I break out with pimples a lot 1 week before my period, which i am getting soon this week.
i also do not know if the girl has oral herpes. I know she has performed oral a lot.. And i know she did complain about a sore inside of her mouth earlier in the night, but i looked at all her myspace pictures and i never saw any sores outside of her mouth in any of them.. and she has a lot of pictures. But, im not sure if i should be worried.
i have my top braces too, so idk if the sores in my mouth are because of my braces or not
