question about hsv1 and shedding?

i have hsv1, and i’ve read all about the shedding thing, where the virus goes into your body fluids or whatever. my question is, if the virus goes into your body fluids and can be spread through kissing, can it also be spread through vaginal fluids? like if I have sex with a guy, even with a condom, and maybe some gets on the base of his…well you get the point, even if I have hsv1 orally, is it possible to pass it on like that?
wait, dan, can you explain what you meant a little by the first 2 sentences of that? I found it a little confusing..

    HSV-1 can manifest itself on the genitals but herpes is passed through skin to skin contact, not by fluids alone. As long as it has not manifested itself in this way then you have no chance of passing it to him just with vaginal intercourse, However, I urge caution because if you do have it on your lips and you perform oral sex then you can pass it to him on his genitals and then he can pass it to you.

    Get blood tests done (A type specific Igg blood test) to confirm your status with both HSV-1 and HSV-2, if for anything for peace of mind. Be safe and use barrier protection until then.

    Viral shedding is what happens when you spread herpes with out having an out break. The virus lives in the nervous system and is triggered to break out usually when you have a lot of stress on your body, or when your immune system is lowered. HSV is spread through skin to skin contact like kissing, having oral sex or sexual intercourse when you come into contact with the mucous membrane of an open sore or blister. Herpes not passed through body fluids.
    If you only have HSV1 on your mouth then you are not able to spread it through vaginal fluids. Just because you have it on the mouth that doesn’t mean you have it on your genitals too. So you won’t be able to spread it through sexual intercourse.
    HSV1 is not commonly passed to the mouth through having sexual intercourse, this type is more commonly passed on by kissing. But it can be passed onto the genitals when you give oral sex with an out break.
