    Im guessing you are male? and if you are why not just have Penetrative sex? you have nothing to worry about there, hopefully… if you still would like to give oral just use a dental damn. you can buy them at most drug stores and they are cheap.. or you could just risk it.. actually i wouldnt risk that because you dont want to spread this shit below the belt..

    Having HSV-1 orally is no big deal.. having it genitally isnt bad either but it can cause complications..if its Fem on Fem just use a dental damn.. better safe than sorry..

    It’s safer to give oral sex while you have absolutely no signs or symptoms of the sore. HSV1 is less likely to spread while there isn’t any signs of a break out. If your really that worried about spreading it then you may want to consider taking antiviral medication regularly, that will cut your risk of spreading down to less then 1 percent per year.
