Long term HSV2 sufferer–Has anyone had changes or more frequent outbreaks after haveing HSV2 a long time?

In the last 2 month around my period I have been getting a recurrence of HSV2. I have had it for 10 years now and sometimes would only get it once or twice a year even not getting it for up to 2 years the year before last.
I have been on a shake diet for the last 2 months as well and lost 5kgs. I never use to take valtrex all the time but my doc recommends it & he said it can change. I got a recurrence 2 sundays ago & it went by the next sunday so I waited till today to have sex (thats the time I gave myself) but last night I had a fight with my partner (it was silly) but none the less it annoyed me. Bout an hour or so later I got itching & did not think anything of it as I shave down there & now not only do I have a shaving rash (only miner) but maybe a herpe but one only in the pubic hair about an 2 inchs from my vagina.
Now the first recurrence was on my vagina itself(labia) & the one this month was in the pubic region and there was 2 sores & this one again is near it but up more?

    Most people who have genital HSV experience FEWER symptoms as the years pass. If you are experiencing incresing outbreak frequency and severity, there are probably some major things going on with your body, particularly things that would interfere with your immune system.

    Stress is a big factor as well as nutrition when it comes to controlling your outbreaks without cyclovirs (Valtrex et al).

    Having a big fight with your partner is stressing. Dieting is stressing.

    Make sure you’re getting proper nutrition — diet shakes might not be enough. Instead eat moderately and get exercise. Some people swear by lysine supplements.

    And do whatever you can to reduce your stress. that means sleep more, get some light exercise and manage anger wherever it may be found. I like meditation and deep breathing.
