What are all the ways possible that a guy can spread herpes to another guy?

I have herpes and i dont want to pass it on to my partner, so i want to know wat are all the ways i can pass herpes on to my bf. For example can it be trasferd to him if we have anal sex while im the top? And can he still get it if im the bottom?

    Any transferal of body fluids.

    For example can it be transferd to him if we have anal sex while im the top?
    Yes, if your semen or other fluids go into him, or if you have open sores.

    And can he still get it if im the bottom?
    Yes, if your anal juices get into his urinary tract, or have open sores.

    Use a condom either way, and don’t have sex with open sores.

    Transmission of Oral Herpes
    Oral herpes (usually HSV-1) has been detected in both the saliva and blood of patients with active oral infections. It is the most prevalent form of HSV, and infection is most likely to occur during preschool years. BUT ,Oral herpes is easily spread by direct exposure to saliva or even from droplets in breath. Skin contact with infected areas is sufficient to spread it. Transmission most often occurs through close personal contact, such as kissing. In addition, because HSV-1 can be passed in saliva, people should also avoid sharing toothbrushes or eating utensils with an infected person.

    Transmission of Genital Herpes
    Genital herpes is most often transmitted through sexual activity, and people with multiple sexual partners are at high risk. HSV, however, can also enter through the anus, skin, and other areas.
    People with active symptoms of genital herpes are at very high risk for transmitting the infection. Unfortunately, evidence suggests about one-third of all HSV-2 infections occur during times when the virus is shedding but producing no symptoms. In addition, only about 10 – 25% of people who carry HSV-2 actually know that they have the infection. In other words, most people either have no symptoms or don’t recognize them when they a appear
    To infect people, the herpes simplex viruses (both HSV-1 and HSV-2) must access the body through broken skin or a mucous membrane such as inside the mouth or on the genital area. Each virus can be carried in bodily fluids (such saliva, semen, fluid in the female genital tract) or in fluid from herpes sores.     If any of you have cold sores, those are caused by oral herpes they are contagious during an out break and can be passed to the genitals if you or your partner have an out break and give oral sex.
    If you have anal sex and you have an out break a the time then yes you can pass it or contract it doesn’t matter what position your in. Herpes can be passed during any kind of sexual activity when the skin of your genitals meets your partners genitals. Herpes can affect all areas of the genitals including the anus, inner thighs and buttocks. But there is only a small chance of passing it in between out breaks.
    Just be care full. Get to know your symptoms and avoid having any kind of sex until the out break is completely gone. Be honest with your partner and let them know if you think your getting an out break.
    You may also want to think about going on antiviral therapy and take it regularly. This can help prevent your partner from getting herpes when you don’t have out breaks.
    If you want to you can use condoms in between out breaks, but there is still a small risk of passing herpes in between out breaks and even if condoms are used. If your partner doesn’t know they should be informed of your status. There is always a small chance of contracting it but it’s not always 100 percent passed on. If he really loves you then it shouldn’t matter if he gets herpes, he would want to be with you for who you are.
